SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

Research and Development Support
We have demonstrated our competence through successful, relevant complex systems engineering, rapid prototyping, and adaptive engineering tasks for SOCOM, DoD Special Mission Units and the US Navy Special Operations community.
Engineering, Systems Engineering and Process Engineering Support
Rigid Tactical provides full technical and management support to develop, evaluate, integrate, and test technologies and equipment to enhance operational capabilities in current and future maritime and urban environments.
Prototyping, Pre-Production, Model-making, and Fabrication Support
Rigid Tactical manages the rapid prototyping, development, modification, testing, training, and transition to the warfighter a host of access and disablement equipment and systems. We currently support test plan development, evaluate technologies, coordinate independent testing and present validated technologies to DoD end-users for final selection and design.
System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support
Rigid Tactical provides the DoD and DoS with full technical and management support to develop, integrate, and test technologies and equipment, designed to enhance national response capabilities to handle current and future CBRNE WMD threats.
